I’m excited to share a new project I’ve been evolving for the last little while. It’s called Sunlight Papers — offering a growing collection of playful publications illuminating simple timeless truths.
The first “Sunlight Paper” is called Circles of Care. It describes a framework for scaling attention, given the many scales of reality that shape our experience of life from moment to moment — starting with the physical body and gradually moving outwards from there. It’s a principle that’s helped me a lot in recent years, and I hope that you might find it useful as well.
I hope to create many more Sunlight Papers in the months and years ahead, and will announce them here on this newsletter. If you’d also like to receive them directly to your inbox, images and all, there is also a separate newsletter for Sunlight Papers, which you can sign up for here.

Once again, here is Circles of Care.
