Jonathan Harris is an American artist, technologist, and author whose work explores how human beings make meaning given the tools of their time.

After studying computer science at Princeton, he spent fifteen years making digital artworks on and about the Internet, giving two TED Talks, receiving four Webby Awards, and having his projects collected by MoMA.

From 2016–2022, he was immersed in the Vermont world of High Acres Farm — creating the 21 rituals and films of In Fragments, an exploration of what he calls Life Art.

He’s now based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he’s creating illuminated works for all ages via Sunlight Papers.
